Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Korea Maps application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ProcessFlow, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Korea Maps provides English-language map, restaurant discovery, translated reviews, and navigation features for users in South Korea. The Service aggregates and translates information from third-party sources to make it accessible to English-speaking users.

Free Service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, with reasonable notice to users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

Third-Party Data and APIs

The Service relies on third-party sources for map data, restaurant information, reviews, and transit directions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Restaurant details (hours, menus, prices) may change without notice. Always verify critical information independently.

Intellectual Property

The Korea Maps application, its design, code, and original content are owned by ProcessFlow, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Translated reviews and aggregated data may be subject to the intellectual property rights of their original sources. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCESSFLOW, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero for a free service).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProcessFlow, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
